► How do I create an account?
To create an account, click here.
You will be asked to provide information to create and authenticate your account.
Creating an account is compulsory, and you need to have one in order to buy online. Due to the high level of internet related fraud in South Africa, we reserve the right to perform security checks and validate your information when placing an order.
Signing-up an account can speed-up the order and checkout process, you can create an address book of shipping destinations and you can view your previous orders as well as check order status.
► Can I modify my information?
Yes, please login with your account details (username and password) created in the above step to update your details.
► What if I forget my password?
Please select the "Recover Password" option in the MY ACCOUNT right side-box section of the website. You will have to enter the email address that you used to register your account. Password recovery instructions will be emailed to you.

Order status
► How do I track my order?
You can view the status of your order online. You must login to use this feature. Please enter your order number in the "Track My Order" box or select the "Orders" link to access your order history.
► When will my order arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the size of your order and the destination address. Usually delivery can take anything from 3 working days (Gauteng) to 10 working days (All other provinces).
► How do I cancel my order?
Please notify us within 24 hours of placing an online order on 011 465 8880 or by emailing sales@catsdigital.co.za quoting your order number.
