The Sony BDP-S380 Blu-ray Disc Player is a high quality Blu-ray player that features Wi-Fi capability for internet streaming, built-in decoding for high resoluiton audio and several other features at a competitive price.

Along with a Wi-Fi adapter, you can connect to your broadband connection for access to internet streaming services like Netflix (paired with a subscription), YouTube, HuluPlus and Pandora. Increase your entertainment options, as this gives you options to watch online movies, videos, TV programming and live sporting events.

This player can conveinently be controlled using your iPhone, iPad, or compatible Android phone after downloading an app to give you additional flexibility. The integrated Gracenote service allows you to display additional information about the movies you watch and even search across selected internet applications like YouTube and Qriocity.

To accompany your movies, games and other entertainment, the BDP-S380 also features a built-in decoder for high quality audio formats Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD (Master Audio and High Resolution Audio) with up to 7.1 channels of discrete audio so you can get the full experience from your entertainment choices.

The player features both a front and back panel USB port for connecting peripheral devices like a camcorder or USB storage device, so you can display family photos or home movies. It even supports 3D video streaming from a camcorder and photo slideshows from CD or USB storage along with music.

With an internet connection, you can get additional information about the movie you're watching with the Gracenote service. See details like cast listings, genre and jacket art displayed on your TV screen. Access certain internet apps as well including YouTube and Qriocity to find entertainment.

The two USB ports (1 in the front, 1 in the rear) let you connect your digital camera, camcorder, USB storage device or USB-enabled MP3 player. Display photos, videos or listen to music on your TV.
